Meet The Builders

226 Main Street is brought to life by Beacon natives Tim Owen and Gary Joseph. As a career contractor, Tim and Gary bring intimate knowledge of the city and a passion to see it thrive. This passion is manifested in every detail in the property, from the way it complements its surroundings to what it gives back to the community. Tim and Gary are also behind the new River Ridge townhomes near the Dutch Reformed Church on 9D.

The aesthetic of the building interior is inspired by Manhattan’s SoHo district, exuding a luxe atmosphere that adds to the historic character of the neighborhood around it, a neighborhood so many hold dear. Whether these condos bring in newcomers looking to live life the Hudson Valley way, or people who have always known life here, Tim and Gary knows 226 Main Street will be the perfect home for anyone who loves Beacon.
